Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily showroom operations, maintaining visual merchandising and showroom readiness.
Engage customers warmly, explaining product benefits, design features, and sustainability story.
Prepare and send quotations, manage pre-orders, and coordinate deliveries with in-house logistics.
Upsell design consultation and styling services to increase basket size.
Follow up on leads through CRM and social messaging channels.
Support social media content by sharing showroom stories and featured products.
Track sales pipeline and report weekly to management.
Requirements:
2–5 years in furniture retail, interior design sales, or lifestyle retail.
Comfortable working independently in a boutique showroom environment.

Proficiency in English and conversational Mandarin preferred.
Strong interpersonal and sales skills with a cheerful, solution-oriented mindset.
