About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished Showroom Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain a well-organized showroom environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding customers, addressing their inquiries with a positive demeanor, and ensuring the showroom is consistently maintained in excellent condition.

This role involves preparing sales documents, reports, and presentations as needed, collaborating with the Customer Care Department to resolve customer queries, and assisting the Supervisor with additional tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior customer service, addressing all inquiries and concerns with a positive attitude.
  • Maintain the showroom's appearance, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Prepare sales materials, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Aid the Customer Care Department in resolving customer complaints and requests.
  • Support the Supervisor with any extra duties assigned.
