About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Showroom Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience and driving sales growth in our showroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Identify new customer opportunities while maintaining excellent service for existing clients.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and provide expert recommendations to meet customers' needs.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom environment, reflecting the company's brand image.
  • Implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.
  • Meet individual sales targets and contribute to the showroom's overall success.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Retail sales experience, preferably in a showroom environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A creative approach to product demonstrations and sales presentations.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to workload and priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
