About the Role:

  • Maintain high product quality by reviewing vendors and implementing new standards.
  • Organize shifts, supervise staff performance, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Monitor costs, labor, and expenses to optimize profits.
  • Ensure smooth operation by overseeing storage supplies and maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Create detailed reports on revenues and expenses, promoting the brand in the local community through events and word-of-mouth marketing.
  • Train employees on proper customer service practices, implementing policies for future success.
  • Maintain inventory control, minimize wastage, and uphold personal hygiene and appearance standards.
  • Comply with Company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and maintain cleanliness and sanitation at work areas.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • Possess strong supervisory skills, including accountability, organizing, and planning.
  • Able to control costs, use resources efficiently, and manage teams effectively.
  • Good leadership, communication skills, and influence required.
