Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product development, focusing on HVAC and cleanroom products.
  • Conduct thorough testing, analyze results, and prepare detailed reports.
  • Manage product certification processes (e.g., ISO standards).
  • Maintain and uphold ISO 9001 certification requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise to sales teams and customers.
  • Assist production in optimizing manufacturing processes, reducing costs, and improving productivity.
  • Oversee the engineering team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and employee growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably with HVAC or cleanroom background.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel when necessary.
