As a Product Development Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of HVAC and cleanroom products. This involves leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and launch new products that meet customer needs and market expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product development efforts, focusing on HVAC and cleanroom products, from conceptualization to launch
  • Conduct thorough testing, analyze results, and prepare detailed reports to ensure products meet quality and safety standards
  • Manage product certification processes, including compliance with ISO 9001 certification requirements
  • Maintain and improve manufacturing processes, reducing costs and improving productivity while ensuring employee growth and development
  • Provide technical expertise to sales teams and customers, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably with HVAC or cleanroom background
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
  • Will to travel when necessary
