Project Lead for HVAC Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project lead to oversee the planning and specification of HVAC projects in Singapore.

  • Lead, manage and mentor a team of professionals responsible for developing and implementing HVAC project plans and specifications.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, including M&E consultants, Green Mark consultants, ESD consultants and developer accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product development and project management teams to align project specifications with client requirements and company capabilities.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HVAC project plans and specifications, ensuring accuracy, quality and compliance with local and international standards.
  • Drive innovation and efficiency within the team, encouraging the use of new technologies and methodologies in HVAC system design and planning.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technological advancements and regulatory changes that impact the HVAC sector.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership role within the HVAC or construction industry.
  • Strong technical expertise, leadership skills and communication skills.
