Job Title: HVAC Product Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Product Development Manager to lead our product development team in creating innovative and high-quality HVAC products. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong technical expertise, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead new product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and enhance existing HVAC products, focusing on improving performance, efficiency, and reliability.
* Conduct testing and analysis of products to identify areas for improvement and optimize manufacturing processes.
* Manage certification processes, including ISO and safety standards, to ensure compliance and maintain a high level of quality.
* Provide technical expertise to the sales team and customers, supporting them in understanding our products and services.
* Assist production teams in optimizing manufacturing processes, reducing costs, and improving productivity.
* Oversee the engineering team, aligning their objectives with company goals and supporting individual employee growth.

Requirements:
* Minimum degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably with HVAC or cleanroom experience.
* Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
* Willing to travel when required.
