BIM Modeller/Coordinator Role

This position requires an experienced BIM professional to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and understanding tender and construction drawings, reviewing and fabricating models and drawings, producing constructible 3D drawings and translating them into 2D shop drawings. Additionally, they will update site progress information and ensure the accuracy of shop drawings while adhering to safety guidelines and practices.

This role also involves assisting project managers and teams with other tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as a BIM Modeller/Coordinator in construction projects.
  • Good understanding of M&E works and ability to associate BIM with construction needs.
  • Experience in producing M&E shop drawings for Medical and/or Laboratory Gas Systems would be advantageous.
  • Well-versed in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, and BIM360.
  • Willingness to learn and use new software/technology.
  • Self-driven and good time management.
  • Educational background: BIM related certification.
