Job Responsibilities:
Continuous Improvement Framework

Support the Head of Continuous Improvement (CI) team in promoting innovation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and productivity across the APAC teams. Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives, guiding them from ideation to execution through building business cases, prioritizing, implementing, and tracking the outcomes. Facilitate cross-functional CI workshops to analyse and improve specific end-to-end business processes. Establish and manage the Continuous Improvement (CI) Change Agent Network program to strengthen the capabilities of the CI Community of Practice (CoP). Drive the Continuous Improvement (CI) Rewards and Recognition Program to encourage and empower employees to initiate continuous improvement ideas from the ground up. Create and manage the Continuous Improvement (CI) backlog by gathering inputs through interviews, workshops and surveys across the
