Job Opportunity:

  • We are seeking a seasoned construction leader to oversee our projects from inception to completion.
  • The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in planning, budgeting, and risk assessment.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • This includes managing client relationships, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders, and expediting material purchases and technical/engineering support.
  • Additionally, you will develop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure accurate documentation is maintained.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.
