JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Mission
As
Media Manager, SEAO , you will lead the development and execution of media, digital, and retail marketing strategies to strengthen Loewe’s brand presence across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Australia, while providing support to regional wholesale markets. You will drive impactful, consumer-centric campaigns that enhance engagement, elevate visibility, and create best-in-class luxury experiences across all touchpoints. This role reports to the Senior Marketing and Communications Manager, SEAO.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
Develop and execute innovative digital media plans across social platforms and analytics partnerships, driving measurable improvements in brand visibility, engagement, and conversion
Collaborate with HQ to manage paid campaigns across social media, programmatic display, and search, optimizing performance through consumer insights and market trends
Design segmented, data-driven campaigns to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
Continuously track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, leveraging insights to refine strategies and deliver stronger ROI.
Media
Lead end-to-end media strategy, planning, and execution across SEAO, with a strong focus on analyzing performance metrics, ROI, and media effectiveness to maximize impact
Optimize media investment through data-driven decision-making, applying tools such as marketing mix modeling to allocate spend across press, digital, and brand channels in alignment with positioning and business KPIs
Manage and forecast the media budget in close collaboration with HQ, ensuring disciplined spend, accurate reconciliations, and alignment with key budget cycles
Translate global campaigns into SEAO relevant strategies by developing content briefs grounded in consumer insights and measurable outcomes.
Partner with agencies and media platforms to oversee campaign execution, tracking, and reporting, while maintaining direct relationships with key media partners to anticipate trends and leverage innovation
Retail Marketing
Lead retail marketing initiatives, collaborating with local and HQ teams to elevate in-store activations and omni-channel brand experiences
Leverage a deep understanding of retail operations and category dynamics to design data-driven retail marketing strategies
Work closely with the retail team and landlords to understand their needs and negotiate optimal online and offline visibility. This includes maximizing Loewe’s brand presence through prioritized landlord resources and effective partnership-driven marketing campaigns
Event Marketing
Support the team in delivering marketing events and activations by coordinating stakeholders, assisting with logistics and budgets, and contributing to post-event reviews for continuous improvement
Profile for Success
Minimum 6 years’ experience in digital media, gained from agency or brand, with hands-on expertise in media planning, ad setup, and performance optimization.
Strong analytical capability to work with large datasets, evaluate ROI, and run effective PDCA cycles to inform strategy.
Proficient in paid digital marketing across social platforms, display networks, and programmatic channels, with exposure to AI-driven campaign management.
Skilled at developing data-backed digital media strategies and translating insights into creative, high-quality execution.
Proactive and entrepreneurial, with a strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and accountability for team and individual deliverables.
Effective communicator and collaborator with solid organizational skills, able to manage stakeholders and retail marketing activities seamlessly.
Detail-oriented with good business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive, solutions-driven approach.
