Job Title: Guest Services Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Guest Services Assistant to join our team. As a Guest Services Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by assisting with their personal needs and ensuring that they have an enjoyable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Guests: Assist guests with their luggage, transportation, and other personal needs.
  • Concierge Duties: Respond to guest requests and queries, provide information on local attractions and services, and assist with making arrangements for guests.
  • Front Desk Support: Assist with answering the telephone, taking messages, and transferring calls.
  • Luggage Handling: Collect and deliver guest luggage, equipment, and packages in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Other Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned by management, such as updating records and filing documents.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
