Responsibilities Leasing of retail properties owned by CDL group by sourcing and securing suitable tenants that fit into desired tenant mix at the malls as well as for MCST properties Identifying market trends, key insights and rethinking of marketing tools to lease out retail spaces Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost Reviewing and formulating marketing and leasing strategies for long term sustainability in current Covid19 environment Building and establishing good tenant relationships and cultivating strong network with prospects and partners Supporting AEI on leasing of new retail spaces and carrying out feasibility studies for new developments or projects assigned by Head of Retail from time to time Managing key stakeholders and engaging senior management on obtaining approvals for concepts, revenue budgets and sharing of any periodical updates Preparing management reports and annual budgets including review of rental rates for CDL portfolio of retail properties Reviewing rentals and occupancy periodically to implement appropriate marketing and renewal strategies to meet KPIs Tenants’ Management including assisting Credit Control team with arrears management to reduce company risk exposure Requirements Degree in Real Estate or equivalent Resourceful, energetic and confident individual with at least 8 years of retail leasing experience Effective interpersonal, negotiation, organisational and leadership skills Good contacts with retail players and agents Thrives under pressure City Developments Limited (CDL) is committed to fostering an inclusive culture that respects the diversity of its employees and stakeholders.
