Corporate Sales Manager

Responsibilities Develop and execute regional go-to-market (GTM) plans for corporate and government segments. Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion across Southeast Asia. Build, manage, and maintain a strong regional sales pipeline. Set and monitor country-level KPIs and conduct regular business reviews. Standardize sales methodologies, CRM usage, and performance processes regionwide. Mentor and coach country-level sales leaders to build capability and succession pipelines. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between sales strategy, product direction, and operational support. Requirements Minimum 10 years of B2B hardware sales experience, including at least 5 years managing multiple countries in Southeast Asia. Proven success in driving regional revenue growth and overseeing significant annual sales portfolios. Strong knowledge of enterprise/government procurement, channel management, and hardware solutions. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills. Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline.
