What you will be working on:
This role is responsible to develop strategies to create an ecosystem with integration for the community to live better through sports, health and wellness and lifestyle opportunities.
Be the Integrator/Connector and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful planning to execution of programmes & marketing at integrated development.
Be the main co-ordinator/Administrator pertaining to programming and marketing matters.
Manage and analyse feedback with respect to programming & marketing to recommend new ideas/improvement when relevant.
Manage and co-ordinate the overall programming & marketing strategies and development of action plans in the integrated development, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders and focusing on different population segments.
Manage communication and marketing for programs including social media and marketing materials.
Produce engaging and creative marketing materials with guidance from SportSG Marcom department.
Manage and maintain social media content.
Produce and coordinate marketing effort for co-locating partnership.
Work with appointed marketing agencies or SportSG HQ to co-create digital marketing contents.
Keep abreast of trends and have/develop acute marketing sensing to conceptualise new programmes with target groups in mind and recommendation for delivery.
Design/conceptualise/introduce programmes/new programmes, initiatives, courses, events, activities, etc.; and produce marketing collaterals to attract participation during non-peak hours.
Familiarise with facilities management and operation readiness; being customer-centric and deliver high safety standard.

In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following:
A recognised Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
At least 7 years of relevant work experience, with 1-2 years in supervisory role.
Positive attitude to work in a small team and an outcome focus approach.
An ability and drive to take initiative, think creatively and adapt to changes.
A solid understanding and enthusiasm of community engagement and public services.
Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously, strong time management and prioritisation skills.
The level of offer will commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
