Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of technical solutions across SAP platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end technical architectures
  • Oversee SAP Basis administration, including system setup, configuration, upgrades, performance tuning, and patch management
  • Manage SAP landscape management, including backups, system monitoring, transport management, and security compliance
  • Ensure seamless integration with SAP modules such as SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and IAS/IPS

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in SAP technologies, with expertise in technical consulting, development, and integration
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring large technical teams
  • Good understanding of SAP BTP, CPI, Fiori/UI5, ABAP, and OData services
  • Integration experience across SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP IAS/IPS and external systems
