**Position Overview**:
we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior SAP Consultant with a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance to lead and optimize the utilization of our SAP system for managing plant assets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the SAP Plant Maintenance module to support our clients' asset management needs. Your expertise in SAP PM, combined with your leadership capabilities, will play a crucial role in driving efficiency and reliability for our clients' plant maintenance operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of SAP PM consultants to configure, customize, and maintain the SAP Plant Maintenance module to align with clients' specific requirements.
- Ensure the seamless integration of SAP PM functionalities to manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities effectively.
- Collaborate with clients to analyze maintenance data, identify improvement opportunities, and propose optimized solutions.
- Oversee the successful execution of SAP PM implementation projects and system upgrades for our clients.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and clients to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
- Work closely with clients' maintenance and reliability teams to develop and enhance maintenance strategies, aiming to increase asset uptime and extend equipment life.
- Leverage SAP PM data analytics to monitor equipment performance, identify recurring issues, and recommend proactive maintenance measures.
- Provide expert guidance and training to end-users on SAP PM functionalities and best practices.
- Offer timely support to resolve user queries and troubleshoot SAP Plant Maintenance-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, policies, and relevant regulatory requirements pertaining to plant maintenance and safety.
- Champion a safety-conscious culture and promote compliance within clients' maintenance teams.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to address SAP PM system enhancements and technical challenges.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven track record as a SAP Plant Maintenance consultant or manager, with hands-on experience in successful SAP PM implementations and optimization projects.
- Profound understanding of maintenance and asset management processes and industry best practices.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance module functionalities, encompassing maintenance planning, work orders, equipment master data, and preventive maintenance scheduling.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and clients.
- Analytical mindset, adept at addressing complex issues and proposing effective solutions.
- Project management proficiency, including planning, execution, and project monitoring capabilities.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations related to plant maintenance and safety is advantageous.
