We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and deliver electrical works for major building and infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full project lifecycle from planning and scheduling to execution, monitoring, and handover.
  • Coordinate day-to-day site operations, liaising with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and authorities.
  • Provide technical expertise in electrical design, vendor/material selection, installation standards, and safety compliance.
  • Review and approve construction drawings and ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Supervise subcontractors and site teams, ensuring timely delivery of work with high quality.
  • Monitor progress, manage costs, and resolve technical or operational issues promptly.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, including submissions, permits, and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards.
  • Prepare progress reports and variation order requests when required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in electrical project management within the building and construction sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Revit, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, construction processes, and Singapore regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
