Electrical Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and financial management of electrical infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical commercial acumen and project management expertise to ensure successful delivery within budget and timeline constraints.

  • Project Management: Lead and manage electrical infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Site Coordination: Oversee on-site activities in Bangladesh, ensuring smooth execution of Solar plant, substation, and SCADA installations.
  • Commercial Oversight: Manage contracts, procurement, and financial aspects of the project, optimizing cost efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and alignment with project goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks related to project execution, financials, and regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a Finance and Commercial field MBA.
  • 2+ years of experience in managing electrical infrastructure projects, preferably substations and SCADA systems.
  • Must have experience to run projects in Bangladesh with utilities.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, procurement, and financial management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
