Tullett Prebon A world-leading intermediary in the wholesale financial and energy markets, Tullett Prebon seeks to maximise value for its clients' trading activities across voice, hybrid and pure electronic channels. We offer broking services for a wide range of asset classes, including Equities, Credit, FX, Rates and Insurance Derivatives. Across all asset classes, Tullett Prebon offers e-solutions to give clients the choice to enter prices and execute trades electronically and directly via one of our hybrid electronic trading systems, or to engage with brokers to help identify and negotiate trades. Role Responsibilities: Promote TP as a company Management and supervision of staff for all relevant product lines for which you are a Senior Manager Understand Global Broking’s overall business strategy and vision and how it aligns with your business Develop the desk’s business strategy by identifying new business opportunities relating to trends, future markets, products and clients and implement as agreed Manage the existing business effectively to protect and enhance market share, including monitoring business performance Focus on specific markets, maintaining constant contact with a range of relevant individuals and organisations to identify buyers and sellers, facilitate price discovery and create the necessary liquidity for deals to be done As required, understand the P&L, participate in budget planning, take ownership of the budget and drive the assumptions forward Oversee customer relationship management including maintaining relationships with strategically important and major clients Manage clients and lines on the desk in a proactive manner (i.e.
