Senior Software Architect Position

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced software architect to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing large-scale backend systems that meet the company's technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure system architectures, including multi-region disaster recovery and strong data consistency.
  • Provide domain expertise and guidance across multiple teams; drive cross-functional architectural discussions.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, considering long-term product and company strategy.
  • Build high-quality, reusable components and establish best practices to boost team-wide efficiency.
  • Define and implement domain-level standards, governance rules, and process improvements (e.g., microservice design, observability, code quality).
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by coaching engineers and driving knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computing, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in backend system design and development, with a proven track record of delivering mission-critical systems.
  • Deep expertise in Java or Go, with mastery of backend frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, WebFlux), messaging systems (e.g., Kafka), and distributed databases (SQL/NoSQL, Redis, etc.).
  • Experience designing and scaling large distributed systems with a focus on performance, availability, security, and resilience.
  • Able to define and implement engineering standards and technical guidelines at the system/domain level.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is highly desirable.
