We are seeking an experienced backend engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of our systems. In this role, you will work independently to deliver high-quality code with minimal issues.

You will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and reliable backend systems that meet business needs. This includes designing and developing modular solutions with considerations for performance, security, and observability.

As a senior backend engineer, you will take full ownership of your work and deliver with high quality and consistency. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems perform at their best.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in backend engineering, delivering production-level systems.
  • Proficient in Java with experience in Spring Boot, WebFlux, Kafka, Redis, and SQL/NoSQL databases.

Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to teamwork and feedback are essential for success in this role.
