We are looking for a Community Manager to lead the operations and programming of our dynamic event spaceWhat You'll Do:Event Space ManagementOversee daily operations of the event space, ensuring it is well-maintained, welcoming, and functional. Coordinate event setup and teardown, including logistics, vendor management, and technical requirements. Manage bookings, scheduling, and space utilization to maximize revenue and community impact. Programming & EngagementDesign and execute a diverse calendar of events (e.g., workshops, talks, networking sessions, pop-ups) that align with community interests. Collaborate with partners, creators, and organizations to co-host or sponsor events. Foster a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation and repeat engagement. Create content and manage social media to showcase events and community stories. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and communities. What We're Looking For: Experience in event management, community building, or hospitality. Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. A creative thinker with a passion for curating engaging experiences. Comfortable working towards and exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with social media marketing and event platforms is a plus.
