Build a Winning Recruitment Strategy Craft and execute smart hiring strategies tailored for the digital marketing industry — from SEO and Performance Marketing to Design and Client Servicing. Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and design impactful job descriptions that speak to passion, creativity, and results. Strengthen the company's employer brand through creative job posts, storytelling, and active engagement on digital platforms. Constantly explore new sourcing ideas and platforms to stay ahead in the talent market. 2. Find, Engage, and Hire Top Talent Source high-potential candidates across LinkedIn, JobStreet, marketing communities, and niche creative networks . Conduct engaging interviews that assess not just skill fit — but drive, agility, and creative mindset . Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations to ensure a smooth, human-centred experience for every candidate. Support onboarding and help new hires integrate seamlessly into our fast-paced, collaborative culture. 3. Track, Analyse, and Optimise Monitor recruitment performance metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and hiring source effectiveness . Present monthly recruitment insights to leadership, highlighting what's working and where we can do better. Identify hiring trends and make data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and retention. Who You Are You have 1–2 years of hands‐on recruitment experience — agency or in‐house — ideally hiring for digital, creative, or tech roles. You love working in a fast‐moving, creative environment where ideas move quickly and every hire makes a visible impact. You're a proactive connector — someone who enjoys networking, pitching opportunities, and building long‐term relationships. You're organised, resourceful, and comfortable juggling multiple requisitions and personalities at once.
