They are seeking a Business Development Manager for the APAC region who will work closely with the Head of APAC to implement new business initiatives within large accounts and identify new sales and customer growth opportunities. This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to the wider business success across the APAC region. What you'll do: Implement new business initiatives within large accounts. Identify new sales and customer growth opportunities. Contribute to wider business success across the APAC region. Identify priority growth areas and help develop and implement business development plans. Work with Head of APAC to develop and sell products and services. Set short and medium-term business objectives with the Head of APAC. Build out commercial business cases to support growth initiatives. Act as the first point of contact for new potential clients seeking information on products and services. Research organisations and individuals to identify new growth opportunities. Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring appropriate handovers of customers between departments. Develop, implement and maintain customer relationship strategy and plan. What you bring: Extensive experience in generating new business and achieving revenue growth. Ability to forge new relationships quickly and effectively. Experience in creating brand awareness and executing branding activities. Experience in driving scale-up operations independently. Experience working in SaaS or PaaS sales or software sales. Strong business acumen with a penchant for data and insights. Excellent negotiation, influencing, interpersonal and presentation skills. Proficiency in spoken and written English.
