Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architectural Designer to support our team across all phases of project development—from concept to construction. This role offers exposure to high-end residential and commercial projects, with opportunities to grow professionally in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

  • Assist in the production of architectural drawings from concept through to construction stage
  • Support the coordination of design development with internal teams and external consultants
  • Contribute to the preparation of design and presentation reports
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and contractors at various stages of project execution
  • Assist with local authority submissions and related documentation
  • Support in contract administration and documentation
  • Help prepare plans and specifications for the construction or alteration of buildings
  • Participate in the development of feasibility studies and design proposals
  • Assist in developing design concepts aligned with client requirements, building use, and environmental considerations
  • Help prepare and revise detailed drawings and blueprints
  • Compile project specifications
  • Support efforts to manage project budgets and schedules
  • Ensure designs meet relevant codes, standards, and regulations
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and provide status updates
  • Liaise with construction professionals and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Willingness to travel when required
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Degree in Architecture or Architectural Studies
Minimum experience: 1 year
Strong proficiency in design and drafting tools (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.)
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
