Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide support in preparing drawings, reports, and related project documentation from design through to completion.

• Assist in developing design concepts and and documentations.

• Assist in coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.

• Assist in presentations, proposals and feasibility studies as part of design development.

• Support compliance with relevant guidelines, codes, and requirements during project execution.

• Assist with documentation for submissions, contracts, and project specifications.

• Participate in site visits to monitor progress and provide updates where required.

• Work collaboratively to manage timelines, deliverables, and project expectations.

• Perform other tasks as needed to support the team and overall project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field

• At least 1 year's experience as an architectural designer or similar role

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and Revit

• Excellent visual communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
