Already in the global top ten and aiming for number one, we need a Chief Legal Officer to own our legal and regulatory agenda. You will manage high‐impact projects and will need to speak up when you see risks others don't. In return, you will be part of the leadership team at a company that strives to be the world's best. Qualifications At least 10 years of post qualification legal experience, qualification in a common law system strongly preferred. Former CLO or GC experience is strongly preferred. Experience working in or with firms conducting regulated activities, including engaging directly with the regulators. Legal experience with international capital markets: securities, derivatives, financial services. Experience in international corporate structuring: corporate contracts, taxation, employment. Specific experience with digital assets regulation is welcome. As a leader, you are Resourceful & decisive: You make things happen. You own your results, both good and bad. Making decisions with imperfect information—most of the problems we are facing do not have clear answers. Scaling our legal processes & tooling to effectively support growing operations.
