Capital Market Support Specialist

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to support the capital market department. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of Calypso financial software and experience in supporting capital market applications and trading systems.

About This Role

We are seeking a talented individual with hands-on experience in Calypso back office functionalities, including engines, events, filters, reporting framework, scheduled tasks, message/Swift messages, transfers, settlement delivery instructions, accounting, pricers, workflows, and reconciliation process.

  • Responsible for resolving incidents impacting users swiftly and efficiently
  • Handle user requests promptly and effectively
  • Drive sustainable solutions to prevent recurring issues
  • Serve as the primary communication channel between IT and stakeholders
  • Follow CMI Run processes, standards, and recommendations provided by the Run Control Tower

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Calypso Financial Software
  • Master or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Programming & Systems Analysis/Science (Computer Studies) faculties
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Calypso as a back office
  • Experience in supporting capital market applications and trading systems

Nice-to-Have Skills

The following skills would be beneficial for this role:

  • Object-oriented language: Java
  • Domain-Driven design and Microservices: Spring Boot
