Capital Market Support Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the capital market department. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of Calypso financial software and experience in supporting capital market applications and trading systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve incidents impacting users swiftly and efficiently
  • Handle user requests promptly and effectively
  • Drive sustainable solutions to prevent recurring issues
  • Serve as the primary communication channel between IT and stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Calypso Financial Software
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Programming & Systems Analysis faculty
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Calypso as a back office
  • Experience in supporting capital market applications and trading systems

Nice-to-Have Skills

While not essential, the following skills would be beneficial for this role:

  • Object-oriented language: Java
  • Domain-Driven design and Microservices: Spring Boot
