Overview

  Our organization is seeking a dynamic Analyst/Associate, Issuer Services to join our high-performing team. As an integral member of our capital markets operations, this role will play a crucial supporting part in product structuring, due diligence, listings execution, and cross-functional coordination with commercial and marketing teams.

  Key responsibilities for this role include assisting in the development of listing products, preparing materials for issuer and investor engagement, supporting due diligence and documentation workflows, and helping to manage internal listing processes.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of listing product strategies in collaboration with the commercial team.
  • Prepare pitch decks, factsheets, FAQs, and other materials for client origination and product positioning.
  • Attend/ lead internal and external meetings with issuers and support/ lead follow-ups by coordinating materials and action points.
  • Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify listing opportunities and assess transaction feasibility.
  • Perform credit assessments and assist in reviewing due diligence documents for products to be listed.
  • Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy and compliance of transactional documents with listing rules and Exchange policies.
  • Perform KYC onboarding processes for issuers and assist in liaising with clients for required documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage internal workflows and maintain accurate records of listing-related activities.
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Finance, Business, Accountancy, Economics, or any related discipline.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in finance, capital markets, or banking, preferably in credit analysis, or deal execution functions. Candidate with less experience will be considered for a junior role.
  • Fresh graduates with strong internship experience or relevant exposure will also be considered.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
