Project Coordinator cum Admin (Building Materials)
Location: Singapore |
Commitment: 5.5 days work week
Stile Boutique Pte Ltd is a growing building materials wholesaler specializing in granite, marble, homogeneous tiles, and mosaics.
We work mainly with Good Class Bungalow owners, architects, and contractors, helping them turn unique architectural ideas into reality.
We are looking for a
Project Coordinator cum Admin
to join our team. This role will be the bridge between our boss, customers, and suppliers, ensuring smooth project execution and reliable operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Project Coordination (Specific)
Coordinate stone and tile cutting works for projects.
Plan and liaise with sub-contractors for project execution and implementation.
Prepare and issue Quotations, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders & Invoices.
Manage and coordinate project works with main contractors, architects, and fabricators to ensure quality workmanship.
Review and execute project works based on drawings/specifications (AutoCAD knowledge required).
Resolve clients’ or homeowners’ feedback and complaints professionally.
Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors on project matters.
Attend site meetings when required.
Track work progress and submit progress reports to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Ensure successful project completion and proper handover to clients.
General / Administrative
Maintain and organize all project documentation.
Work closely with internal departments and support project operations.
Provide administrative support to the team and management.
Job Requirements
Education & Qualification
Diploma/Degree in Building / Civil & Structural Engineering or related field.
Candidates without the above qualifications but with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Skills & Knowledge
Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project).
Good teamwork, positive attitude, and ability to work independently.
Willing to be office-based with occasional site visits.

Employment Details
Work week:
5.5 days (Mon – Sat, half day Saturday)
Salary:
Basic salary
SGD 2,000 – 3,000
(depending on experience) +
Performance Incentive/Bonus
based on project and individual KPI
