We are seeking a highly skilled Conflict Resolution Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and addressing candidate grievances with professionalism and empathy.

Job Description:

  • Grievance Resolution: Serve as the first point of contact for candidates' concerns, ensuring complaints are addressed promptly and effectively
  • Candidate Support: Actively listen to candidates' feedback, provide solutions, and maintain open communication channels
  • Conflict Mediation: Mediate between candidates and recruiters to resolve misunderstandings or issues amicably
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and confidential records of grievances and resolutions
  • Process Improvement: Provide insights and feedback to the team to enhance candidate experience and satisfaction
  • Brand Representation: Uphold the company's reputation by fostering positive relationships and ensuring professional communication at all times

As a Conflict Resolution Specialist, you will have prior experience in public relations, customer service, or a related field. You will possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as a friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
