Conflict Resolution Specialist Role Overview

This is a part-time role that involves managing and addressing candidate grievances with professionalism and empathy.

The Conflict Resolution Specialist will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Grievance Resolution: Serve as the first point of contact for candidates' concerns, ensuring complaints are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Candidate Support: Actively listen to candidates' feedback, provide solutions, and maintain open communication channels.
  • Conflict Mediation: Mediate between candidates and recruiters to resolve misunderstandings or issues amicably.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and confidential records of grievances and resolutions.
  • Process Improvement: Provide insights and feedback to the team to enhance candidate experience and satisfaction.
  • Brand Representation: Uphold the company's reputation by fostering positive relationships and ensuring professional communication at all times.
