Are you passionate about cars and enjoy helping people? Looking for a flexible work schedule? Motoserv is looking for a Part-Time Service Advisor to join our team and make a difference in the automotive service industry

Position: Part-Time Service Advisor

Location: Singapore

Work Schedule: 3 days a week

Employment Type: Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Order Management: Order stock from suppliers and ensure timely delivery.

Inventory Control: Check and monitor stock levels to ensure sufficient supplies.

Quotations: Prepare and provide accurate quotations to customers.

Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries related to services and parts.

Administrative Tasks: Handle documentation and other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

**Requirements**:
Experience: 1-2 years in an administrative or automotive service-related role is preferred.

Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.

Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive parts and inventory management is an advantage.

Attitude: Proactive, customer-focused, and a team player.

Availability: Must be able to work on a 3-day schedule
