Job Description

This role involves providing administrative support to clients and managing orders. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with clients, processing sales orders, and performing procurement of inventory or parts.

The individual will also be required to coordinate with the client and engineering team on delivery and installation, as well as perform general administrative duties such as data entry, document scanning, and filing.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma in any relevant discipline
  • Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
