Car Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities Greet walk-in and online customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles Present and explain features, benefits, and pricing of our new and used cars Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance, safety features, and specifications Provide clear information on loan, insurance, and trade-in options Follow up with leads from online platforms, phone calls, walk-ins, and referrals Negotiate and close sales in a professional, customer-centric manner Prepare and complete all necessary sales documents accurately and on time Coordinate with admin/operations team on car preparation, delivery, and handover Maintain good product knowledge on our inventory, market prices, promotions, and competitors Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales and referrals Requirements Previous experience in car sales or sales-related roles is an advantage (but not required)Comprehensive Training Provided Good communication and interpersonal skills Confident, proactive, and comfortable talking to customers on camera or in person Must be comfortable in front of a camera (Social Media)Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays (off days will be given)Result-oriented with a strong desire to earn through commissions Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, email, simple Excel/Google Sheets, social media)Class 3/3A driving licence preferred (but not strictly required)What We Offer Basic salary + attractive commission structure Incentives and bonuses based on performance Training on products, sales process, and financing Supportive team environment and experienced mentors Opportunities for career progression within the company #J-18808-Ljbffr
