About The Role We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to contribute to our growth by building strong client relationships and promoting our suite of leadership education programs. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a flexible, independent work environment and are enthusiastic about personal development and helping others grow. This is a remote, independent contractor position. Earnings are based on performance, and successful candidates typically have a strong background in sales, marketing, business development, or related client-facing roles.
