The Role
Reporting to the Senior Finance Director, you will support the full P&L financial analysis for the global sales and marketing function.
Conduct full P&L financial analysis to support global sales and marketing teams.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting for sales and marketing expenses across global offices.
Consolidate and analyze the annual budget, providing insights and recommendations.
Partner closely with commercial teams to prepare presentation slides for financial reviews with business management.
Design and implement reporting dashboards, analyzing cost trends and operational performance.
Present financial insights and recommendations to Business Unit Directors and C-suite leadership.
Drive finance system upgrades, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
This role offers a high level of visibility and impact, providing opportunities to work closely with leadership (such as C-suite executives and Business Unit Directors) and influence financial strategies.
Your Profile
As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience:
Minimum 7 years of FP&A experience, ideally with APAC or global exposure.
Prior experience business partnering with Sales, Marketing, or Commercial teams with strong expertise in full P&L and revenue analysis.
Industry experience in manufacturing, electronics, or semiconductor sectors preferred.
Proficiency in SAP and Excel; exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Anaplan) is a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
