The purpose of this position is to drive transformation of all FP&A organization within SBFI regions. On top of typical FP&A role such as performance management and target setting, the position will engage in standardization and harmonization of way of working and business analysis and reporting, leveraging project Fusion. By nature this position will also closely work with FP&A in Tokyo and Regions, and lead agenda of integration and transformation.
- Manage SBFI consolidated business performance and provide summary to management in timely manner
- Provide financial analysis in target setting to be base of financial guidance in AOP/MTP
- Drive transformation of FP&A globally
- Need to harmonize and standardize different way of working in regions
- Reconcile and manage both of long term ambition and short-term challenges and initiatives
- Manage all expectation from regions and Tokyo in proactive manner to focus and guide to better conversation among management

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in FP&A in FMCG, preferably additional experience in Finance Control
- Operation in SAP
- SAC / Power BI
- International mind-set / growth mind-set / open mind-set with global diversity
- Leadership to drive change
- Change management
