Understand and manage the company's platform in the event of a customer query.
Cross-sell lending products to calls transferred to them from the company's officer.
Ensure growth of sales offers made by the company's officers tagged to them.
Requirements:
Degree holder preferred; diploma holders with experience in telesales/contact center are welcome to apply.
Quick ability to learn new products and processes.
Desire to show growth for self and for team on sales goals.
Work with a team as a good team player.
Spend time in training and coaching team members on sales.
Speak efficiently and professionally to premium clients.
2-4 years of relevant experience.
Experience within customer service, call center preferred.
Experience with relationship building with internal and external customers.
Singaporeans only.
