Responsibilities Coordinate and Administration of e-commerce platform (Online Shop, Qoo10, Shopee, Lazada etc.)Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. Assist in planning, creating and managing all E-commerce Promotion activities. Work with warehouse operations to ensure timely shipments and inventory management. Ensure the fulfillment of customers' orders via store pick or delivery service. Engage with customers to effectively build rapport and lasting relationships. Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently. Proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries Assist in answering incoming calls and dealing with email enquiries. Monitor and Prepare Operation reports and Reconciliation. Manage Social media marketing. Qualifications Min. Diploma in any discipline Min 2 years experience in e-commerce marketplace, website administration, and sales Understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) processes will be an advantage Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
