What You'll Do:
  • Drive new business by identifying opportunities and generating leads via cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts while developing a strong sales pipeline.
  • Craft impactful proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to support business development.
  • Analyze customer needs and industry trends to hit sales targets and support long-term strategies.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers, partners, and agents built on trust and professionalism.
  • Handle the full sales and service process including quotations, RFQs, and post-sales service recovery.
  • Respond swiftly and accurately to customer inquiries on quotes, service issues, and discrepancies.
  • Contribute to business improvement through participation in continuous development initiatives.

What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Freight Forwarding .
  • Solid understanding of freight forwarding workflows and procedures.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in presentation tools.
  • Proven record of meeting sales targets and building customer rapport.
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude with the ability to thrive under pressure and negotiate confidently in B2B environments.
