Overview The Manager, Integrated Marketing (INTL) is responsible for facilitating the development of international marketing campaigns and go-to-market activities. This role ensures that INTL marketing strategies are aligned to global directives, implemented effectively across regions, adapted for local market needs, and delivered on time. What You\'ll Do Go-To-Market & Integrated Marketing Execution Coordinate product, campaign, and calendar alignment across merchandising and marketing teams, ensuring timely execution of GTM plans in international markets. Manage seasonal marketing calendars, GTM tools, and templates to support local teams with campaign planning, development, and launch deliverables. Market Launch / Trade Shows Execution Plan, coordinate, and manage trade show participation (regional and global), ensuring GTM alignment, product presentation consistency, and timely delivery of content, assets and toolkits. Track and evaluate trade show performance, feeding insights for content delivery and GTM improvement opportunities. Brand & Campaign Execution Support the creation and distribution of culturally relevant campaign playbooks, ensuring alignment with global strategies and consistent brand execution across international markets. Collaborate with creative teams to address seasonal content needs, evaluate campaign performance, and identify opportunities to enhance go-to-market effectiveness. Partnerships & Collaborations Support and coordinate regional and global partnership activations, ensuring timely approvals, asset delivery, and alignment with GTM priorities. Maintain the collaboration calendar and gather performance insights from local teams to optimize future initiatives. Performance Tracking & Reporting Consolidate campaign results into post-launch reports, ensuring dashboard accuracy and extracting actionable insights in collaboration with analytics teams to optimize performance against KPIs. Budget & Financial Operations Manage and track marketing budgets in alignment with GTM priorities, while overseeing campaign dashboard setup and maintenance in collaboration with Analytics and Power BI teams to ensure data accuracy and SAP integration. What You\'ll Bring to the Table Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred 5+ years in integrated/global marketing or brand management Skilled in aligning local marketing initiatives with global brand directives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to craft clear campaign briefs and collaborate across diverse teams. Proficient in interpreting campaign data, generating insights, and identifying optimization opportunities.
