We are seeking an experienced Global Process Owner (GPO) to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end finance processes as part of a multi-year global Finance Transformation programme. This role will be based in Singapore and will oversee a team of four regional GPOs located across Europe. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future state of finance operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and driving standardisation, automation, and efficiency across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead the global design and implementation of core finance processes (e.g. Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash). Manage and mentor a team of 4 regional GPOs, ensuring consistent execution and alignment across geographies. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including IT, Shared Services, and Business Units to ensure process integration and adoption. Define global process standards, KPIs, and governance frameworks. Identify and drive opportunities for automation, simplification, and digital enablement. Act as a key liaison with external consulting partners and technology vendors. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls. Support change management and training initiatives across the finance organisation. Candidate Profile Proven experience in Big 4 Consulting or similar advisory roles, with exposure to large-scale finance transformation programmes. Strong background in global process ownership within complex, matrixed organisations. Demonstrated leadership in managing international teams and driving cross-border initiatives. Deep understanding of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Workday) and finance technologies. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
