We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Director to lead strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence, digital enablement, and innovative solutions across multiple markets. This is a unique opportunity to influence the Accor Group’s long‑term vision and deliver impactful change at scale. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end transformation projects across diverse functions and geographies. Define project roadmaps, business cases, and KPIs to measure success and ROI. Design future‑state operating models, processes, and systems aligned with enterprise architecture. Drive digital transformation, automation, and technology‑driven improvements. Manage and mentor a team of internal and external consultants. Engage senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure adoption and sustainability. Oversee governance, reporting, and compliance for transformation programs. What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. 12+ years of experience in Consulting, Information Systems, or Operational Management. Proven track record in delivering major transformation projects in multinational environments. Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, data flows, and digital technologies. Experience managing cross‑functional teams across multiple geographies. Certifications in Project Management, Change Management, or Enterprise Architecture (preferred). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Regional experience in Asia, Pacific, or Middle East markets is highly desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
