People Advantage is partnering with a statutory board under the Ministry of Law in Singapore. They are looking for a Finance Director

join their team to lead the finance and procurement teams to resource Group’s growth and transformation in a responsible, efficient and sustainable manner.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide business advice to senior management in formulating its strategy and plans in a fiscally responsible and sustainable manner.
- Monitor and report Group financial performance using appropriate measures to manage and drive governance, performance and sustainability.
- Support review of fees and charges.
- Steer procurement policies and processes to source and manage goods/services efficiently, ensuring value-for-money purchases within the public service procurement framework.
- Lead the adoption of digital transformation and business improvement initiatives to increase productivity for finance and procurement operations.

**Requirements**:

- At least 10 to 15 years of relevant working experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership position
- Good knowledge of current financial reporting standards and best practice in governance and control
- Commercially astute and equally comfortable with operational details and corporate strategy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate a high degree of personal integrity and commitment to good governance.
- Strong analytical skills to drive financial planning and forecasting
- Experience in Workday system
