The Project Associate plays a vital coordination and support role within Project SAiLORS, a strategic transformation initiative in the container shipping industry. This position supports the Project Manager and program team by facilitating the smooth execution of governance activities, including documentation management, milestone tracking, reporting, and meeting logistics. The Project Associate helps ensure consistency and structure across the program by gathering status updates, maintaining program trackers, preparing consolidated reports, and coordinating administrative requirements for program-level reviews and stakeholder engagements. Their contributions are key to maintaining alignment, visibility, and momentum across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update program-wide trackers including schedules, RAID logs, and change requests.
Support the creation and formatting of weekly/monthly reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Assist in organizing and documenting project meetings, workshops, and governance forums.
Consolidate status updates from workstreams for reporting and escalation.
Ensure documentation is stored, structured, and version-controlled in the program repository.
Track action items and follow-ups, ensuring timely closure and accountability.
Provide administrative support to the PMO and Knowledge and Change Management colleagues when needed.
Must Have
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations support, or administrative roles
Experience in PMO or transformation environments preferred
