RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organizing and managing project teams and team assignments
- Coordination with the Client, Operator and external consultants during all phases to ensure production of contract documents are aligned with design intent
- Managing project timelines and schedules
- Resolution of complex technical and design issues as they arise
- Direction, co-ordination, organisation & preparation of Construction Documents
- Prepare drafts of Material specifications and/or schedule of finishes;
- Checking Design, Submission, Consultants & Contractors Shop Drawings
- Conducting Site inspections on matters of design & technical co-ordination issues and building regulations

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Recognized architectural degree; a licensed Architect registered in Singapore or similar market will be an advantage
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a designer/architect for diverse project types
- Knowledge of International building codes, standards and structures
- Strong experience in Hotel and Residential projects; experience with Mixed-Use is a plus
- Computer skills should include AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe CC Suite. Revit is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Chinese or Vietnamese is a plus
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities; deep experience in managing teams and projects
- Passionate and motivated personnel preferred who is willing to work hard and show initiative to push projects forward
